A submodel for attaching elastic tape (lace) on waist and leg openings of ladies' panties and etc. Equipped with right hand fabric trimmer to trim the edge of body fabric for neat finish.
Electronically controlled stepping motor driven metering device gives various and precise tension to elastic tape for good quality finish and uniform finishing size (26 x 20 different tensions can be set). The metering device can be swung out for easy threading.
